Fusion Slpicer SUMITOMO Z1c
The Z1C's heater cycle time is only Approx.28 seconds (60mm Fiber protection sleeves) and a splice cycle of only Approx.7 seconds (Quick mode), the Z1C improves splicing efficiency and productivity dramatically, thereby reducing labor time and costs while increasing project and customer service turn-up.
The Z1C's 4.1 inch LCD monitor with touch screen operation enables to confirm fiber images easily. The splicer can be operated by touching the icons on the screen. The working efficiency has improved.
The Z1C has environmental protection equivalent to IP52 waterproof and dust proof. Also has anti-shock rubbers around the machine to protect the splicer from dropping. Designed for portability, precision splicing, reliability, and speed — without foregoing affordability― the Z1C splicer is ideal for splicing applications in the central office or head end, the feeder portion of the FTTx network where speed in high fiber application is crucial, and at terminals leading to the final drop to premises or home.

TYPE-81C direct core monitoring fusion splicer was developed on the basis of the concept of " ultra fast splicing in every environment. "
While compact, lightweight, rugged and durable, the TYPE-81C is capable of the fastest splice cycle time. Its touch screen display and remote support via internet enhance user friendliness, making the splicer simple and versatile. TYPE-81C has dual independent heaters to reduce splice cycle time. TYPE-81C marks the new standard for fusion splicers.
Fusion Splicer FUJIKURA 70S
The Fujikura 70S is the world' s fastest core alignment fusion splicer. Incorporating the proven features pioneered by Fujikura, the 70S has added automated user control features to increase splicing efficiency. A user programmable wind protector automatically closes to initiate the splice process, and opens upon splice completion. Fully programmable " auto open sheath clamps " open one sheath clamp, after the tensile test, to prepare the fiber for removal. A new " clamshell design " tube heater applies heat to both sides of the splice protection sleeve resulting in a 14-second shrink time. Durability is greatly enhanced by a mirror-less optical system and " severe-impact resistant " monitor. Battery capacity is now 200 splices/ shrinks. A transit case doubles as a built-in or mobile workstation and makes splicing easier than ever before.
